KCH Power Rental Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) rents and sells generators and aerial work platforms through kchrental.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. Data we collect
- What you enter in our quote and contact forms: full name, phone number, email, province or job-site location, the type of job or equipment you need (rent or buy, size, working height) and your message.
- What you give us when you contact us by phone, email or LINE.
- Website usage data collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookies (see section 5).
We do not collect sensitive data such as health, religious or biometric data.

4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that run the website: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (security and speed), Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, YouTube) and our email provider.
- Delivery and installation staff who carry out your order.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside Thailand; we choose providers with appropriate safeguards.
5. Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies keep the site and forms working and secure (including Cloudflare’s).
- Google Analytics 4 gives us aggregated visit statistics.
- Google Ads measures our advertising (for example, form sends after an ad click).
- YouTube videos on our video pages; Google may set cookies when you play them.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. How long we keep data
- Quote requests from people who do not become customers: 2 years from the last contact.
- Customer and accounting records: as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires (at least 5 years).
- After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access or get a copy of your data, correct it, delete or restrict it, object to its use, receive or transfer it, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already done).

You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can access your data, and back up regularly.
